Let our country home in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, be the center for all your New England activities. The welcome mat is always out at our 172-year-old farmhouse.
Though George Washington has never slept here, our guests have travelled here from Finland, England, Germany, France and throughout the United States.
With many acres of well-maintained woodland surrounding the house, we were named Massachusetts Tree Farm of the Year in 1987.
THE HUB OF NEW ENGLAND ATTRACTIONS
Let our country home be the center of your New England activities. Guests usually stay several nights in order to take day trips to such places as Plimoth Plantation, Newport mansions, the City of Boston (all within an hour's drive) Providence, Rhode Island, colleges and the Waterfires.
Check our Activities & Events page to see a list of local events coming this Fall.

Rooms are designed with guests' comfort in mind. Two spacious bedrooms with private baths are available on the first floor. One room has a working fireplace. Three quaint bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath. Sitting rooms offer quiet places for reading and listening to music.
Gilbert's Bed & Breakfast offers an ideal setting for corporate retreats and personal retreats on its secluded 17 acres.
For the equestrians traveling with their horses, our country barn has four stalls available to rent.
HOMEMADE COUNTRY BREAKFAST
Start your day with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, muffins, coffee, tea, milk and juice. We are happy to make changes to accommodate food allergies.
